Job Summary

Providing exceptional client support, the full-time Oregon Licensed Virtual Care Technician will engage with pet owners via live chat to offer medical guidance and administrative assistance while working remotely from home.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to live chat inquiries from clients, providing sound medical guidance and recommendations
• Gather patient history and triage information to assess client needs and document relevant details for quality care
• Assist with administrative queries related to billing and services while continuously seeking opportunities to enhance client experience

Required qualifications

• Current and unrestricted license to practice as a credentialed veterinary technician in Oregon
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a credentialed veterinary technician in a clinical setting
• Strong written communication skills and comfort with technology for text/chat interactions
• Ability to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrated passion for client service and quality medical outcomes
