Oregon Licensed Vocational Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vocational Case Manager to assess claimants' vocational needs and facilitate their return to work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive vocational assessments and recommend alternate occupations for claimants
• Develop and implement return-to-work plans while counseling claimants and managing provider networks
• Provide disability prevention services and collaborate with employers on workplace accommodations and interventions

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field - Required
• CRC (Certified Rehabilitation Counselor) - Required
• 4 years of experience in the vocational rehabilitation field, including job development and placement
• Advanced knowledge of vocational rehabilitation concepts and practices
• Working knowledge of government resources and the Americans with Disabilities Act
