Job Summary

Managing complex workers compensation claims, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will apply decision-making skills to analyze claims exposure, interact with various parties to ensure effective communication, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with clients to enhance the claims management process

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Oregon and Washington Adjusters' licenses
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
