Job Summary

Applying extensive claims management experience, the fully remote Oregon Licensed Workers Compensation Adjuster will analyze and resolve complex claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims
• Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner to support claim outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Oregon Adjusters' license
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
