Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will apply claims management experience to analyze and resolve complex workers compensation claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims to bring them to resolution
- Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Oregon Licensed Workers Compensation Adjuster
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
