Job Summary
Overseeing the onboarding and supervision of Skills Trainers and Youth Mentors, the full-time Lead Skills Trainer/Youth Mentor will provide direct services to youth referred by DHS while ensuring high-quality, individualized support in a hybrid remote environment across Salem, Dallas, and McMinnville, Oregon.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard and supervise Skills Trainers and Youth Mentors in the region
- Provide Skills Training or Youth Mentoring services to referred youth
- Establish and maintain relationships with regional stakeholders and partners
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of relevant experience (additional education may substitute for years of experience)
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance
- Ability to pass fingerprinting and background checks
- CPR/First Aid, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NCI), and Tier 1 Collaborative Problem Solving certifications (provided by an agency)
