Job Summary
Maintaining and enhancing the Medicaid Compliance Program, the full-time Oregon Medicaid Compliance Consultant will collaborate with regional staff to ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements, develop compliance procedures, and conduct training while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compliance reports and conduct investigations to ensure regulatory adherence
- Coordinate implementation of compliance efforts and monitor performance against compliance metrics
- Assist in managing projects related to compliance and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, or regulatory development
- Experience in health plan compliance and operations preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across departments
- Project management experience is a plus
