Job Summary
To enhance the Medicaid Compliance Program in the Northwest Region, the full-time Oregon Medicaid Compliance Consultant will maintain compliance with state regulations, conduct risk assessments, and provide training to staff while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compliance reports and conduct investigations to ensure adherence to Medicaid regulations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement compliance initiatives and monitor performance metrics
- Coordinate the development and execution of corrective actions in response to audit findings
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Clinical, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, or a related field
- Experience in health plan compliance and operations preferred
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across departments
- Project management experience is a plus
