Job Summary
To enhance the Medicaid Compliance Program, the full-time Oregon Medicaid Compliance Consultant will develop compliance reports, conduct investigations, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develops compliance reports by evaluating compliance data and summarizing audit information
- Conducts compliance investigations by collecting and analyzing data, and providing corrective action recommendations
- Coordinates the implementation of compliance efforts by assessing current compliance states and identifying gaps
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Law, Public Health, Business, or a related field
- Minimum six years of experience in compliance, health care operations, audit, or related fields
- Experience in health plan compliance and operations preferred
- Proven project management experience
- Ability to work cross-functionally across departments and functions
