Job Summary

To support exceptional patient care, the remote Contact Center Scheduler will manage appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and call routing while providing superior customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Schedule patient appointments and verify insurance information
  • Route calls to appropriate personnel and manage multiple electronic clinical programs
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to patients and staff
Required qualifications
  • Preferred experience in a medical office or call center, or completion of a healthcare training program
  • High School Diploma or GED, or 1-3 months of related healthcare experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to service excellence
