Job Summary

Detail-oriented and collaborative, the full-time Operations Specialist will support a community-based energy-efficiency program in Oregon by serving as a key point of contact for community organizations, providing guidance on program requirements, and ensuring effective communication across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with community partners, contractors, and internal teams
• Support partners in navigating program applications and requirements to ensure a smooth experience
• Document partner interactions and decisions to maintain transparency and continuity across teams
