Key responsibilities
  • Facilitate coordinated access to healthcare services and resources for patients
  • Manage appointment scheduling and provide navigation assistance within the health network
  • Deliver tier 1 technical support for patient health applications and serve as an informational resource
Required qualifications
  • 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
  • 2 years of experience in virtual customer engagement via phone
