Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Services (Digital Support) Technician.

Key Responsibilities

Perform non-clinical pharmacy duties and respond to pharmacy-related inquiries
Complete daily formulary operational processes and prepare documentation for reviews
Assist with auditing medication-related claims and support wellness programs

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or related certificate with 5 years of pharmacy technician experience, or equivalent education and experience
Pharmacy Technician Certificate may substitute for 2 years of experience
Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare coding systems
Experience with pharmaceutical products and general office practices
Ability to organize and prioritize workflow effectively
