Oregon QMHA Behavioral Health Navigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Navigator (QMHA) to coordinate care for behavioral health needs remotely in Oregon.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect members with behavioral health and community resources to ensure coordinated care
• Monitor progress of care coordination plans and document case records
• Assist the clinical services team with care management and utilization management duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• Two years of experience in healthcare administration or case management
• Strong knowledge of community resources, including behavioral health providers
• High School diploma or equivalent; QMHA certification or ability to obtain required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suites software
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
