Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Dispatcher and Customer Service Agent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer service calls with professionalism and urgency
• Accurately dispatch technicians to service locations based on customer needs
• Maintain up-to-date records in the system through efficient data entry

Required Qualifications:

• Must reside in Oregon (preferred within 30 miles of Portland)
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home
• Computer proficiency, including daily use of Microsoft Outlook and the full Office Suite
• Proven ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting
