Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Online Notary Real Estate Signing Agent - Independent Vendor.

Key Responsibilities

Verify signer identities using approved remote identification methods
Review real estate documents for completeness, accuracy, and legal compliance
Conduct live real estate RON sessions while maintaining control of the signing process

Required Qualifications

Minimum six (6) months of active Remote Online Notarization (RON) experience
Minimum one (1) year as a commissioned Notary Public
Demonstrated experience notarizing real estate documents
NNA Signing Agent certification
Authorization to perform Remote Online Notarization (RON) in the applicable state
