Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Specialist to manage and administer contracts while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and develop contracts while ensuring compliance with legal and risk management standards
  • Administer contracts from inception through termination, providing consultation and direction to staff and contractors
  • Manage the Contract Management System, including record creation, updates, and compliance monitoring
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, paralegal degree, or Juris Doctorate required
  • Four years of contract coordination experience negotiating and administering service contracts
  • Experience in soliciting bids and administering complex contracts
  • Proficient in Word and Excel, with experience in Smartsheet
  • Ability to manage stress and multitask effectively
