Job Summary
Seeking an Oregon State Licensed Recruitment Specialist, this full-time position will manage recruitment and selection processes, support executive searches, and provide training resources while offering remote or hybrid work options.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment activities for various job types, ensuring compliance with policies and managing the recruitment process from posting to closure
- Assist the Executive Search Coordinator with scheduling, communication, and preparation for executive search activities
- Provide training and resources to search committees to ensure adherence to best practices and affirmative action principles
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field, or relevant certification with professional HR experience
- Two years of professional-level HR experience, or four years of administrative support experience in program administration
- User-level experience with database and reporting tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with an emphasis on confidentiality and customer service
