Job Summary
A company is looking for a Risk Coordinator to manage insurance, claims, and risk management activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations of the Risk Management department, including triaging claims and organizational risk issues
- Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, processing legal documents, and coordinating meetings
- Assist in claims and customer concern interventions, addressing needs related to potential and actual claims
Required Qualifications
- BA Degree or 2 years of relevant office experience
- Experience in a senior administrative or legal office with project management support
- Familiarity with risk, safety, insurance, or legal issues
- Basic understanding of the workers' compensation claims process
- Willingness to obtain Oregon Workers Compensation claims examiner certification within 1 year of hire
