Organ Placement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organ Placement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of organ transplantation, including screening organ offers and conducting wellness checks with transplant patients
• Act as a liaison between transplant centers and various organizations, facilitating communication and data collection regarding organ offers
• Document organ import offers and ensure compliance with client protocols and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• 3 years of medical background or training (e.g., EMT, Paramedic, LPN, RN)
• 2+ years in the field of organ donation preferred
• CTP, CCTC, and/or CPTC certifications preferred
• Completion of coursework related to Human Anatomy and Physiology preferred
