Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organ Recovery Care Coordinator, Remote, Nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate surgical organ recoveries and manage recovery timelines in collaboration with surgical teams and partners
• Provide operational support during scheduled call days and assist with troubleshooting delays or disruptions
• Collect, organize, and document operational data related to each recovery, ensuring accurate communication and documentation

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Demonstrated familiarity with the organ recovery process and surgical recovery workflows required
• Experience in organ recovery operations, transplant services, or healthcare logistics required
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including on-call coverage required
• Prior experience coordinating surgical schedules or medical transportation preferred
