Key Responsibilities:

Identify and address areas where students struggle in understanding organic chemistry concepts
Create educational content for online delivery, focusing on organic chemistry reasoning

Required Qualifications:

Strong foundation in organic chemistry
Intuitive understanding of student learning challenges in organic chemistry
Experience in teaching and knowledge of basic PPT editing
Availability for at least 3 hours per week
Previous teaching experience is a plus
