• Measure community sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Strong understanding of SEO and LLM citation
• Ability to create engaging content in traditionally "boring" categories
• Experience in building authentic and trusted online communities
• Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term organic growth
