Organic Community Strategy Manager

Job Summary

To enhance community engagement, the full-time Organic Community Strategy Manager will build and grow Jerry's organic presence across platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok, developing strategies for authentic interaction and community trust in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence on key channels where customers congregate
• Develop a playbook for community engagement, including posting and interaction strategies
• Measure and analyze community sentiment, share of voice, and referral traffic

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
• Proven ability to create engaging content in traditionally "boring" or "stressful" categories
• Experience building systems for community engagement rather than relying solely on trends
• Ability to write authentically and earn trust across various social platforms
