Seeking a full-time Organic Content Creator, this remote position will write engaging copy for organic social media across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, transforming campaign strategies into compelling content while collaborating closely with a creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Write copy for organic social content, including captions and on-screen text for static and video formats
• Draft creative briefs that translate campaign strategies into clear messaging and visual concepts
• Maintain an organized content calendar and copy tracker in Notion, ensuring efficient workflow and collaboration

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in content creation or copywriting, preferably in healthcare or health tech
• Strong copywriting skills with a portfolio showcasing social copy and content briefs
• Experience with content scheduling and analytics tools, particularly Sprout Social
• Deep understanding of organic social formats across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Proficiency in using Notion for project management and organization
