To enhance organic engagement, the full-time Organic Growth Associate will build and grow Jerry's presence on platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok while developing community strategies and measuring engagement metrics in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key social channels
• Develop a community engagement playbook tailored to each platform
• Measure sentiment, share of voice, and referral traffic to assess community impact

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
• Proven ability to create authentic content in regulated industries
• Experience in building and nurturing online communities
• Strategic mindset focused on long-term organic growth over quick wins
