Job Summary

To enhance organic engagement, the full-time Organic Growth Associate will build and grow Jerry's presence across platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok, while developing community strategies and measuring engagement metrics in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key channels where customers congregate
• Develop a playbook for community engagement, including posting strategies and response guidelines
• Measure and analyze sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation to inform strategies

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
• Proven ability to create authentic content in regulated categories
• Experience in building systems for community engagement rather than just focusing on trends
• Ability to communicate in a relatable tone across various social platforms
