Job Summary

To enhance community engagement, the full-time Organic Growth Associate will build and grow Jerry's organic presence across platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok while developing strategies for authentic user interaction in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key channels where customers congregate
• Develop a playbook for community engagement, outlining posting strategies and interaction guidelines
• Measure key metrics such as sentiment, share of voice, and referral traffic to assess community impact

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
• Proven ability to create engaging content in regulated categories
• Experience in building authentic online communities
• A strategic mindset focused on long-term organic growth and trust-building
