To enhance community engagement, the full-time Organic Growth Associate will build and grow Jerry's organic presence across platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok, developing strategies to foster authentic connections with users in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key channels where customers congregate
• Develop a playbook for community engagement, outlining strategies for posting and interacting
• Measure engagement metrics, including sentiment and referral traffic, to assess community growth

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
• Proven ability to create engaging content in traditionally "boring" categories
• Experience in building authentic online communities and fostering trust
• Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term organic growth over quick wins
