Job Summary

To enhance community engagement, the full-time Organic Growth Associate will build and grow Jerry's organic presence on platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok while developing a content strategy that fosters authentic interactions with users in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key social channels
• Develop a playbook for community engagement tailored to each platform
• Measure and analyze community sentiment, share of voice, and referral traffic

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
• Ability to create engaging content that resonates with users in regulated categories
• Experience building systems for community engagement rather than relying solely on trends
• Proven ability to communicate authentically across various social platforms
