Key responsibilities

• Build and grow Jerry's organic presence on key social platforms
• Develop a playbook for community engagement, outlining posting and interaction strategies
• Measure and analyze community sentiment, share of voice, and referral traffic

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in community management or organic social, preferably in fintech or insurtech
• Strong understanding of SEO and how LLMs cite sources
• Ability to create engaging content that resonates with audiences in regulated categories
• Experience in developing strategies that prioritize organic trust and long-term engagement
• Familiarity with the culture and dynamics of platforms like Reddit, TikTok, and Quora
