Organic Search Manager

Job Summary

Strategically driving organic visibility, the full-time Remote Organic Search Manager will develop and execute SEO and AI search optimization strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and analyze performance to enhance brand awareness and traffic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive SEO and AI Search Optimization strategies
• Conduct keyword and competitor research to identify opportunities and monitor search trends
• Build recurring reports to translate data into actionable business insights and optimize content performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered
• 7 years of experience in search optimization, including AI Search Optimization methodologies
• Strong understanding of technical SEO principles and experience conducting technical SEO audits
• Familiarity with search tools and platforms such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics 4
• Experience developing search-driven content strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams
