Key Responsibilities

• Lead the organic social strategy across major platforms, including content planning and optimization
• Create and execute high-impact content strategies that align with business goals and resonate with audiences
• Analyze performance data to report on KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in organic social media with a proven track record
• Deep expertise in platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
• Extensive experience in client management and project management
• Minimum of 10 hours per week availability with some Pacific Time Zone crossover
• Experience working remotely and as a team lead
