Organic Social Media Specialist

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic marketing team, the full-time Organic Social Media Specialist will develop and manage organic social strategies for a portfolio of clients, create content calendars, and collaborate with the fulfillment team in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, and schedule monthly content calendars for clients
• Consult and communicate daily with clients to strategize and optimize campaigns
• Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely and on-brand content delivery

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in organic social media marketing
• Marketing or business degree in progress or completed (preferred but not required)
• Experience in graphic design (Adobe, Canva, etc.) and basic video editing (CapCut, etc.)
• Ability to commute to the office in Lehi, UT as needed
