Organization Change Management Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting stakeholder readiness and adoption for Zero Trust capabilities, the full-time Organization Change Management Specialist will assess impacts, develop engagement strategies, and facilitate transition activities in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assess stakeholder, process, role, and operational impacts associated with planned Zero Trust implementations
- Develop change readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication, and transition activities aligned to implementation waves
- Support operational readiness assessments by identifying adoption dependencies, training needs, process changes, and unresolved organizational risks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Change, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field
- Five or more years of change management, technology adoption, transformation, or stakeholder engagement experience
- Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations affecting multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong facilitation, impact assessment, communication, and transition planning skills
- Ability to work effectively with technical and operational teams in a Federal environment
