Organization Design Specialist

Job Summary

To support the transformation of organizational structures, the mid-level Organization Design Specialist will work remotely, focusing on organization design, workforce planning, and job analysis while collaborating with global leaders and HR practitioners to develop evidence-based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end organization design reviews and conduct organizational diagnostics to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement the Strategic Workforce Planning framework, translating strategic priorities into workforce capability requirements
• Prepare and review job descriptions and serve on classifiers' panels for job classification and reclassification requests

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, I/O Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, Management, or related field with 7 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 5 years of relevant experience
• Certified training in globally recognized job evaluation methodologies is required
• Progressively responsible experience in organizational diagnostics, organization design, and strategic workforce planning
• Experience in job design, job analysis, and job evaluation across organizational levels
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French or Spanish is desirable
