Organization Effectiveness Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organization Effectiveness Consultant, Remote Opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of national Organization Effectiveness programs and facilitate their implementation
• Consult with ministry level directors to identify and align Organization Effectiveness programs with strategic needs
• Develop and manage project plans to ensure timely and budget-compliant service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• 4+ years of experience in Organization Effectiveness practice areas, particularly in Executive Succession Planning
• Experience with performance planning and review program management
• Ideally possess Workday experience
• Master's degree is a plus
