Organization Effectiveness Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organization Effectiveness Consultant for a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for national programs and facilitate integration of organizational effectiveness initiatives
• Consult with ministry level directors to identify and implement OE programs aligned with strategic goals
• Develop and manage project plans to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• 4+ years of experience in Organization Effectiveness practice areas and programs
• Experience in Executive Succession Planning and Performance Planning and Review program management
• Familiarity with data management and analysis for measuring program impact
• Master's degree is preferred but not required
