Organization Effectiveness Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organization Effectiveness Consultant for a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for national programs and facilitate integration of organizational effectiveness initiatives
• Consult with ministry level directors to identify and implement programs aligned with strategic organizational goals
• Manage project plans and workflows to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• 4+ years of experience in Organization Effectiveness practice areas, including Executive Succession Planning
• Experience in performance planning and review program management
• Familiarity with Workday is preferred
• Master's degree is a plus
