Organization Effectiveness Enablement Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organization Effectiveness (OE) Enablement Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Support production and delivery workflows according to the OE Enablement Roadmap
• Maintain OE's shared systems, including document organization and governance
• Provide procurement and contingent worker process support, including onboarding and offboarding

Required Qualifications

• 3-6+ years in organizational effectiveness, HR operations, or related fields
• Strong operational and systems skills, particularly in managing complex information
• Experience with platforms like SharePoint and Airtable
• Proven project management and coordination capabilities
• Comfort with ambiguity and a passion for identifying automation and improvement opportunities
