Job Summary

Teaching a range of business courses, the part-time Organizational Administration Instructor will prepare lesson plans, deliver lectures, and facilitate Project-Based Learning while assisting students and evaluating their progress both remotely and onsite.

Key responsibilities
  • Teach up to 27.5 hours per week and prepare lesson plans for each class session
  • Evaluate and monitor student progress using various assessment tools
  • Organize and lead field outings for student enrichment once per module
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, HR, or a related field
  • Two years or more of industry-related experience preferred
  • Experience in teaching or training in a business context
  • Ability to participate in professional development activities
  • Commitment to student growth and retention through academic advising
