Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Change Coach (AI-driven) for a remote-only opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach product owners and team leads on backlog health, prioritization discipline, and scope management
• Support teams in evaluating and integrating new tools, including AI-assisted tooling, into their workflows
• Help the organization coordinate smarter by improving existing structures and facilitating team collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Strong Agile coaching skills with the ability to guide teams toward self-organization
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, translating operational detail into strategic context
• Technical background in software development, QA automation, or a related field
• Agile or Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and their workflow implications
