Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in organization and people-related transformation, including ERP implementations
• Background in organization development, leadership development, and enterprise change leadership
• Proficient in leading change using established models such as Burke-Litwin and Kotter
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and consulting capabilities
• Experience in navigating matrix environments and managing concurrent projects
