Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Organizational Model & Readiness Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess OCM and operational readiness
Facilitate meetings with government clients and coordinate collaboration among business units
Develop and execute communication plans and user adoption/training programs

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Change, or related field
8+ years of experience in management consulting or change management
OCM experience with system and/or IT implementation, preferably ERP
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Highly proficient in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
