Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Change Management Analyst to support change initiatives by focusing on the people side of transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of organizational change management strategies and plans for enterprise initiatives
• Assess organizational readiness and stakeholder impact to inform change approaches
• Develop and maintain change management deliverables, including stakeholder analyses, communication plans, and training materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in change management, project coordination, communications, HR, or related field
• Foundational understanding of change management principles and methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
