Organizational Change Management Analyst

Job Summary

Leading change initiatives for a large federal agency, the full-time remote Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Analyst will apply change management methodologies, assess operational readiness, and drive stakeholder engagement to ensure successful organizational transformation.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess OCM and operational readiness while facilitating meetings with government clients
• Identify organizational design challenges and develop communication plans to support change initiatives
• Develop and deploy user adoption and training programs, serving as a trusted advisor to clients

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Change, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in management consulting, change management, or organizational/business transformation
• OCM experience with system and/or IT implementation
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and clients
• Understanding or experience working with the VA is strongly desired
