Organizational Change Management Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the successful delivery of change initiatives, the full-time Organizational Change Management Analyst will focus on change strategies and stakeholder engagement while working remotely to ensure smooth transitions in business processes and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of organizational change management strategies and plans for enterprise initiatives
• Develop and maintain change management deliverables, including stakeholder analyses and communication plans
• Track and report on change adoption and overall effectiveness of change activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in change management, project coordination, or communications
• Foundational understanding of change management principles and methodologies
• Experience with video production and editing software, such as Camtasia and Audiate
• Proficiency in artifact development, including newsletters and training materials
