Organizational Change Management Consultant
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Organizational Change Management Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate complex organizational structures to effectively deliver OCM solutions
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand change goals and develop effective adoption strategies
- Lead and manage high-impact OCM initiatives while mentoring team members
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of OCM experience in consulting, preferably technology consulting
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Experience designing and delivering training programs
- Relevant OCM certifications (e.g., Prosci, AIP, APMG)
