Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• ACMP Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of hands-on OCM delivery with a focus on business process analysis
• Experience in business process reengineering and navigating policy impacts
• Active use of AI tools integrated into professional workflows
