Job Summary

A company is looking for an OCM Consultant to lead change strategy and user adoption for a Travel Management System implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive OCM strategy aligned with the client's governance structure
  • Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and establish change governance networks
  • Support the transition to SAP Concur and ensure users understand updated workflows


Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of Organizational Change Management experience in federal or regulated environments
  • Experience with ERP or enterprise SaaS implementations, preferably in travel and expense systems
  • Strong understanding of federal travel processes and reimbursement lifecycle management
  • Experience supporting large, multi-division organizations with over 2,000 users
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
