Job Summary
A company is looking for an OCM Consultant to lead change strategy and user adoption for a Travel Management System implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive OCM strategy aligned with the client's governance structure
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and establish change governance networks
- Support the transition to SAP Concur and ensure users understand updated workflows
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of Organizational Change Management experience in federal or regulated environments
- Experience with ERP or enterprise SaaS implementations, preferably in travel and expense systems
- Strong understanding of federal travel processes and reimbursement lifecycle management
- Experience supporting large, multi-division organizations with over 2,000 users
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
